Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated 25 August 2026
Everything is bought through Apple or Google, not from us directly. aindme subscriptions and credit top-ups are in-app purchases handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those stores take the payment, issue the receipt, and decide refunds under their own published policies. We cannot charge your card, and we cannot refund it either — but we will help you reach the right place.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, and you never have to contact us to do it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current month.
On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → aindme → Cancel Subscription.
On Android: open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → aindme → Cancel subscription.
After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the credits from that period remain usable until then. You will not be charged again.
Requesting a refund
Refund requests go to the store that took the payment:
Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the aindme purchase and select Request a refund.
Google Play: open your Google Play order history, find the aindme purchase and choose Report a problem, or request it through Google Play support.
Apple and Google decide these requests themselves, using their own rules and time limits. Approval is not guaranteed and is not something aindme controls.
What we can do
If you were charged for something that did not work — a purchase that never delivered credits, a double charge, or a subscription that failed to activate — email support@gedigoo.com with the receipt or order ID. We will investigate our side, correct your credit balance where our records show you were shortchanged, and back up your refund request with the store if the fault was ours.
Credits already used
Credits are consumed as your AI sends replies. Credits you have already spent cannot be returned, because the service they paid for has already been delivered. Unused credits from a cancelled subscription expire at the end of the period they were granted for; unused top-up credits stay in your balance.
If we cancel or suspend your account
If we suspend or close an account for breaking our Terms of Service, we do not provide refunds for the remaining period. If we discontinue aindme entirely, we will say so in advance and will not take further subscription payments.
Deleting your account
Deleting your aindme account does not cancel your subscription — the store holds that, so you must cancel it separately using the steps above, or you will keep being billed. Account deletion is in the app under Settings.
